Licensed States & Availability
Where are you licensed to sell?
Tap every state you hold a license in. Referrals route to agents licensed in the prospect’s state.
When you call a client from the workspace, this phone rings first — you pick up, then we connect them and they see the agency number. Booked appointments and referrals reach you here too.
Connecting Google is not the same as this — that shares your calendar,
this says which hours you are in. When somebody books a call from another state,
we put it on your calendar in your time, not theirs. Without this, a 10 AM Central booking shows up at 10 AM on an Eastern calendar — an hour early.

Quoting
What a child costs on a per-person plan.
Carrier rate sheets band adults only, so a plan that prices per person needs a
figure for each child. This one is yours — it prices into every household
with children on the quoter. It used to sit on the quoting screen itself, which
is a settings row in the middle of a call.
It does not apply to flat family plans, which
already cover the whole household for one price.

Booking
Put your own calendar on your client page.
If you already book people through Calendly or
Google Appointment Schedules, paste that link here and
your client page will offer it first — with your real availability on it.
The workspace’s own “pick a day and time” form stays underneath it,
because that is the one that captures the consent to contact them.
Calendly — open the event type, press
Copy link. It looks like
https://calendly.com/yourname/15min Google — Calendar → Create →
Appointment schedule, then Open booking page and copy
the address. It looks like https://calendar.app.google/…
A time booked on your own calendar does not come back here as a lead — that page
belongs to Calendly or Google, not to the workspace. Anything booked on the form below
it does: the lead, the consent and the calendar entry all land in your book.
Texting library
The scripts, in the workspace.
Every drip and shortcut, rewritten and loaded here so they stop living in fourteen
documents and in people’s phone settings. Anyone can edit them; the original wording
is kept, so a bad edit is one click from being put back.
Checking…
Browser phone
Call from the tab, not from a handset.
Today a call rings the phone in your pocket first and then dials the client — which
is why an assistant on your login hears nothing: it rings your phone. With this on,
the call happens in whichever browser is signed in. No handset in the loop at all.

NOT STARTED
Federal rules require every business texting clients to register first. Register once under your own business and your number is yours — it follows you, and your delivery isn’t affected by anyone else. Takes about four minutes here; approval usually lands within a week.
What it costs you
This registration is yours and you pay for it. With an LLC or EIN it is about $25 once and $11 a month while the campaign is live, plus a fraction of a cent per message that the carriers add on top.
Registering as a sole proprietor is cheaper — about $19 once and $2 a month — but it caps you at one number, one campaign and one message per second. That is fine for a handful of texts a day and it will not carry a list. Most people who start there end up registering again properly, which costs more than doing it once.
The carriers and The Campaign Registry set these, not the workspace, and they change — check the figure on the screen when you submit.
Your business
Use the exact legal name on your IRS EIN letter — carriers match it character for character.
No EIN yet? It is free and takes about ten minutes — apply on the IRS site, then come back and finish this.
Where it’s registered
The address on file with the IRS. A home address is fine if that is how you registered.
How clients reach you
Carriers check that a real business is behind the number. Your agent page counts as your website.
Carriers register a brand to a named person, not just a company. This is
whoever can answer for the business — for most agents that is you, and
“CEO” is the right pick for your own LLC. Twilio only accepts the
seven titles in that list, so “Owner” is not an option even though
it is what most people would write.
Check it over
One wrong character in the legal name or EIN is the number-one reason registrations get rejected.
Submitting sends this to your brokerage to register with the carriers as your own
Standard brand — your business, your campaign, your deliverability, separate from
everyone else's. Twilio charges $44 to register the brand and $15 to vet the campaign,
then roughly $1.50–$10 a month. Confirm who covers it with your upline before you
submit. Nothing is sent and nothing is charged until a leader releases it.

What to send / upload — the full checklist
1. Every agent’s full name, phone number, NPN, email, and team. 2. Each agent’s comp information — stored private: only you can ever see it. It never appears on any board. 3.Every sales report for this year, for everyone — individual sales with dates where they exist, YTD totals where they don’t. 4. Don’t worry about agents already live on this workspace — the importer detects and skips duplicates automatically (their numbers already flow from the CRM), and tells you exactly what it skipped.
Step 1 — Copy the magic prompt

Password hygiene: entries here are stored in your own protected account row and masked on screen — but for day-to-day autofill we still recommend a proper vault like Bitwarden (free). Never share logins in group chats.
A YouTube, Loom or Vimeo link plays inside the workspace exactly as before. Uploading keeps the file here instead, so it cannot break when somebody tidies a Drive folder.
